Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time, Saturday shifts from 7a to 10p. The DSP will provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them engage in the community and achieve personal goals with compassion and respect.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring safety and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with individuals.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ rights and promote health and safety.
• Encourage self-advocacy and community engagement.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
• Support medication administration as required by state law.
