The Arc of Centre County is hiring Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role offers a $17/hour base pay with shift differentials and a $600 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (agency vehicles provided).
• TB test and physical required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and assist with physical supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to adults with IDD/A in residential group homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Monitor health, safety, and well‑being of individuals.
• Support individuals in building life skills.
• Provide transportation to community activities and appointments.
• Promote independence and a person‑centered environment.
• Build meaningful relationships and make a difference daily.
