The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Shermans Dale, PA is hiring a full-time entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including household maintenance, transportation, medications administration, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and personal care.
• Build relationships with individuals to understand their needs and promote independent living.
