Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County. The role focuses on supporting a young adult with developmental disabilities in the community, offering companionship and helping achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities include assisting with routines, maintaining safety, and documenting services, with required onboarding and background checks. Driving is required and scheduling is Mon/Wed/Fri afternoons, Sat/Sun mornings.

• Able to commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient and comfortable working one-to-one.
• EXPERIENCE preferred.
• DRIVING REQUIRED.
• Complete onboarding, background checks and training.
