Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County, New Jersey. You will support a young adult with developmental disabilities in the community, provide companionship, and help foster independence.

The role requires driving, reliability, and the ability to complete onboarding and required checks. Schedule includes weekdays with some mornings and afternoons, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in daily life.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• EXPERIENCE preferred.

• DRIVING REQUIRED.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesday and Friday - afternoon hours, Saturday and Sunday - morning hours Pay: $18-$21/hrLocation: New Brunswick NjDriving on shift: REQUIRED
