Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County. You will assist a 21 year old young adult with special needs, accompany outings, swimming, and classes.

The role is active and requires dependable, caring individuals. Responsibilities include supporting the person in the community, providing companionship, promoting independence, and following personalized support plans.

• Able to commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks and training.

What You’ll Do

• Provide COMPANIONSHIP and COMMUNITY SUPPORT

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• EXPERIENCE preferred.

• DRIVING REQUIRED.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesday and Friday - afternoon hours, Saturday and Sunday - morning hours

Pay: $18-$21/hr

Location: New Brunswick Nj

Driving on shif: REQUIRED
