Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 21-year-old with developmental disabilities in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The role involves community outings, swimming, and class attendance, requiring a caring, dependable, and active individual.

You will accompany the individual in daily activities, offer companionship, and help foster independence and social connections while ensuring safety and accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities out in the community.

• Provide COMPANIONSHIP and COMMUNITY SUPPORT

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• EXPERIENCE preferred.

• DRIVING REQUIRED.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesday and Friday - afternoon hours, Saturday and Sunday - morning hours

Pay: $18-$21/hr

Location: New Brunswick Nj

Driving on shif: REQUIRED
