Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one role in Middlesex County, NJ. The position emphasizes evening availability and reliability to support daily routines, independence, and personal goals for a 36-year-old individual with mild intellectual disability.

Responsibilities include home and community support, documentation, and adherence to posted schedule. Driving on shift is required, and onboarding/background checks will be completed prior to start.
