Job summary

Options For All in Imperial Valley—Brawley, CA—is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities build independence and engage with their communities. This part-time role involves driving between locations and weekend hours, with a focus on dignity, inclusion, and respect.

You will provide daily support, promote life skills, and document activities using basic mobile and computer systems. A High School diploma and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.

This position will require weekend availability & shift hour flexibility.

This is a community-based role and includes regular driving between locations. : What we’re looking for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Experience

Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, education, or volunteering is a plus, but not required.
