Options For All seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities in San Diego County communities. You’ll help with daily activities, promote independence, and support participation in work, volunteering, and social opportunities.

Based in San Marcos, Rancho Bernardo, or Poway, this role requires driving between sites and a compassionate, dependable approach. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; hospital-grade benefits and growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.

• Support individuals with daily activities, personal goals, and life skills.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Plan meaningful and engaging activities based on each person’s goals and interests.

• Follow health and safety practices to provide high-quality support.
• Complete documentation using basic mobile and computer systems.
