Job summary

Options For All is hiring a Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities build independence and participate in their communities. The role requires weekend availability and flexible shift hours, plus regular driving between Imperial Valley locations.

You’ll support daily activities, encourage dignity, and foster community inclusion, while building relationships with individuals, families, and partners. Documentation and basic tech use are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, education, or volunteering is a plus, but not required.

• Support individuals with daily activities, personal goals, and life skills.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Plan meaningful and engaging activities based on each person’s goals and interests.
• Help individuals connect with their communities through work, volunteer, and social opportunities.
• Follow health and safety practices to provide high-quality support.
• Complete documentation using basic mobile and computer systems.
• This is a community-based role and includes regular driving between locations.
