Job summary

Options For All is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in San Diego County. This full-time daytime role includes travel up to 50% to Mira Mesa, Poway, and Rancho Penasquitos, with a compensation of $21.00 per hour.

You will empower clients to gain independence, advocate for their rights, and collaborate with a compassionate team to plan engaging activities that meet individual goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Options For All, you’ll play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve independence and thrive in their communities.
