Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring Part-Time Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Tobyhanna, Bartonsville and Stroudsburg areas. Paid training is provided; no experience is necessary, and you can earn PTO and a 401k match.

You will provide individualized supports, document progress, and participate in ongoing supervision and development within a team that values resident rights and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to teach basic daily living skills and provide personal care.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in the community and at home.
• Follow individual plans of care using approved interventions.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and training.
