Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring and patient Part-Time Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in Lehighton and Tamaqua. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

The role includes crisis support, community activities, and individualized plans, with travel to client homes as needed. The position offers part-time hours with a starting wage of $17 per hour, paid training, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow individual plans of care using approved interventions including crisis management and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain case notes for individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
