Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring and patient Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Tobyhanna, Bartonsville, and Stroudsburg areas. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

As a DSP, you will support individuals in community settings, follow each person’s plan of care, and use crisis management and positive reinforcement. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for community-based work.

• Maintain accurate case notes and participate in ongoing training.
