Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in Lehighton and Tamaqua. You will deliver individualized supports, implement plans, and participate in training.

Paid training is provided; PTO accrues for part-time staff, and a 401(k) match is available. Driving is required for community-based tasks, and weekend/after-hours shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain case notes and follow plans of care with appropriate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports to adults with developmental disabilities in Lehighton, Tamaqua, and community settings.
• Implement individualized plans, including crisis management, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and professional development.
