Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide in-home support for a 21-year-old individual who is nonverbal and has epilepsy. The individual requires close supervision and assistance with daily activities, engagement, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
