Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Pennington, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 39-year-old woman with epilepsy. You will accompany her to appointments, run errands, and assist with light housekeeping in home and community settings.

The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one, with onboarding, background checks, and training completed.

Qualifications

• Driving on shift is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

About This Opportunity

We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and VERY reliable DSP to support a 39-year-old woman with epilepsy. Responsibilities include accompanying her to appointments, grocery shopping, picking up medications, and light housekeeping. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their client and is available to start as soon as possible!

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
