Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide support to a 25-year-old verbal individual with mild intellectual disability who enjoys bowling, going to the gym, dining out, and spending time in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
