Kindly Direct Care in Woolwich, NJ seeks a flexible Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity. This role is well suited for a college student, educator, or human-services professional seeking meaningful part-time work.

You will support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, help with ADLs, encourage independence, and maintain safety, with reliable documentation and communication with the Kindly team.

Qualificações

• Able to consistently commit to the hours needed.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Provide ADL support at home and in community settings.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
