Schedule is Saturdays 10:00 AM–5:00 PM with pay between $18 and $21 per hour. The candidate should be dependable, respectful, and able to complete onboarding and background checks. A reliable vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide in-home support for a 21-year-old individual who is nonverbal and has epilepsy, requiring close supervision and daily activities assistance.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
