Seven Hills is hiring a Direct Support Professional I for Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) in Rhode Island. Working with children ages 3–21 in home and community settings, you will provide direct behavioral therapy, model skills, and support families under supervision.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, data reporting to clinicians, and collaboration with families. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license preferred for travel.
• Experience in direct behavioral therapy or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to children ages 3–21 in home and community settings.
• Model and train parents and families to promote social, communication, and safety skills.
• Maintain ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators.
• Assist with individualized, person-centered service delivery and support self-help skills.
