Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Direct Support Professional I for Home-Based Therapeutic Services in Rhode Island. You will provide direct behavioral therapy to children aged 3–21 in home and community settings, working with families to promote social skills and safe behavior.

A high school diploma is required and a valid driver's license is preferred. Part-time evening schedule is available, with opportunities for growth and supportive supervision from licensed professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with direct support or behavioral therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication with families and clinicians is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling for parents and families.
• Support the child and family with person-centered service delivery meeting identified needs.
• Assist with self-help and self-care skills and teach social and safety skills when applicable.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.
