Job summary

Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking Direct Support Professionals I to deliver direct behavioral therapy to children aged 3 to 21 in home and community settings, under supervision. You will model skills, train families, and promote individualized care plans addressing self-help and social skills, with regular updates to clinicians and coordinators.

Part-time schedule includes afternoon shifts with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1 – 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families.
• Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered service delivery which meets identified needs.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.
