Qualifications

• Minimum education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to read and understand English for medical directions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and activities.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities and behavior management techniques.
• Experience with electronic health records.
