KenCrest is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Adult Community Medical Homes in Pottstown, PA. You will work three 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), providing 24/7 support in a home-like setting for four medically fragile adults, helping with daily living activities, meals, transportation, and behavioral management under goal plans.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and current driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Experience with medically fragile individuals and/or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Clear criminal record and background checks as per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Participate in developmental activities and implement goal plans.
• Assist with meal preparation, general housekeeping and transportation for appointments.
• Provide overall support to residents and the program.
