Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or 2+ years working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living tasks (showers, dressing, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments with a valid AR driver's license.
• Document progress notes, incident reports, and other required forms daily or as needed.
• Follow medication guidelines and monitor procedures as directed.
• Organize recreational activities and maintain a safe home and community environment.
• Support plans of care and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
