Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, and budgeting.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Document client progress and incidents in required forms and systems.
• Support the client’s plan of care, ensure health and safety compliance, and assist with medication management as directed.
