Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals live fuller, more independent lives at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team focused on meaningful, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, transportation, and documentation. The position offers part-time schedules with competitive pay of $21.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a DHS background check.
• CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person centered supports tailored to individual needs (ADLs, behavioral supports, coaching, skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, meal prep).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.
