Job summary

My Own Place, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to empower adults with I/DD to live independently and participate in their communities. You will assist with daily living, support self-advocacy, and help create a safe, inclusive home environment.

We offer varied shifts, potential for full-time or part-time roles, and a pay of $21.00 per hour. Applicants should have at least a year of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable demeanor.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
