Kindly Direct Care is seeking a compassionate Parttime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Hammonton, NJ. You will help build social connections, encourage independence, and engage in meaningful activities both at home and in the community.

Schedule is Tue & Fri 12:30-2/3 PM, with driving on shift. Compensation ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, reflecting part-time hours and a dedication to consistent, reliable care.

Qualifikationen

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Aufgaben

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community
• Provide companionship and community support to help the individual achieve their goals and increase independence
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team
