Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one role in Bergen County. Immediate start is emphasized, with a schedule Tue/Wed/Thu 3 PM–6 PM and a pay rate of $19–$22 per hour. Driving on shift is REQUIRED for the position in Fair Lawn, NJ 07410.

The ideal candidate has prior DSP experience and can complete onboarding, background checks, and ongoing training. This is a meaningful part-time opportunity serving adults in home and community settings.

Qualificações

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
