Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Bergen County is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity. The DSP will support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, with a schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3 PM to 6 PM, and will work in Fair Lawn, NJ 07410.

Driving on shift is required. Experience is required and the role emphasizes reliability, compassion, and the ability to document services and communicate with the Kindly team.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
