Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Delanco, NJ. The role focuses on supporting an adult with developmental disabilities at work and in the community, with close supervision and safety monitoring.

The position requires driving on shift, onboarding and background checks, and a consistent schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri 12:45-4:15 with two evenings and a weekend day). Compensation ranges from $17 to $24 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at his job and in the community, staying with him and providing supervision and support while he is at work, as well as accompanying him to activities outside of work, such as the gym, festivals, movies, and other outings.

• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.

• Provide community support and supervision of employment

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
