Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in [CITY, NJ].

This role is ideal for someone like a college student, educator, or caregiver who can maintain a consistent schedule to support an adult with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will help with daily routines, safety, documentation, and communication with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Must commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Some experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable driving an individual in your own vehicle.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks and training.

• Provide companionship, community support, life skills or ADL support as customized.
• Encourage independence, social connection and progress toward personal goals.
