Kindly Direct Care in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a one-to-one opportunity. The role supports an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, with a focus on consistency and independence.

The position runs on a set schedule (Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM–3:00/4 PM) with pay of $20–$23 per hour. Driving on shift is REQUIRED, and onboarding and background checks are required.

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide support to a 25-year-old verbal individual with mild intellectual disability who enjoys bowling, going to the gym, dining out, and spending time in the community. The individual has intense behaviors and would benefit from a calm, patient, and reliable DSP who can provide consistent support and supervision.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications
