Job summary

KenCrest in Waterbury, CT seeks a Direct Support Professional for part-time shifts to help individuals with daily routines, promote independence, and foster community involvement. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• Minimum of 2 years licensed driving experience required.
• Advanced ability to convey, understand, and follow spoken and written instructions in English.
• Experience with individuals with IDD preferred, but training available for qualified candidates.
• Certification in medication administration, first aid, and CPR preferred; KenCrest provides paid training.

Responsibilities
