Qualifications

• Must have a valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Have or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification.
• Must possess physical skills to assist individuals supported.

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and participate in plans promoting inclusion.
• Work with other staff to provide optimal care.
• Create and update Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.

Skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's in psychology or related field
