Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Delanco, NJ. The role focuses on supporting an adult with developmental disabilities at work and in the community, with close supervision and safety monitoring.

The position requires driving on shift, onboarding and background checks, and a consistent schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri 12:45-4:15 with two evenings and a weekend day). Compensation ranges from $17 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Valid driver's license and driving-required role.
• Able to complete required onboarding and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at his job and in the community.
• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Provide community support and supervision of employment.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
