Responsibilities

• Participate in the consumer's ISP meetings when requested by the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow ISP-directed tasks, prioritizing to achieve ISP goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and be sensitive to consumer and family needs.
• Recognize changes in the consumer's condition and report safety/health concerns.
