Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine, part of Westminster Communities of Florida, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher (Dining Services Technician II) to support the Culinary Team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months+ in a high-volume dining setting. English proficiency and Florida SafeStaff certification within 90 days are required. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable or eligible to attain equivalent.
• 6 months or more experience in a high-volume dining environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow written and oral directions. Florida SafeStaff certification required or able to obtain in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, flatware and pots; assist with pot washing.
• Sanitize kitchen stations and surfaces; manage trash disposal.
• Keep temperature and sanitation logs per standards and regulations.
• Restock shelves for meal service of wares.
• Assist with stocking inventory room and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisor.
