Job summary

Westminster Oaks in Florida is seeking a willing dishwasher to support high-volume dining operations. You will clean dishes and cookware, assist cooks with pot washing, and maintain sanitation across kitchen stations.

Role requires 6+ months in a busy dining environment, basic sanitation knowledge, and the ability to follow safety guidelines. No relocation, on-site position with opportunities to assist in stock and delivery tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience in a high volume dining environment.
• Understanding of basic sanitation practices including use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, flatware and cooking pots & pans; assist cooks with pot washing.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen stations and surfaces including trash removal.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs to comply with standards and regulations.
• Restock shelves for meal service of all wares.
• Assist with stocking inventory room and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
