Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a part-time Dishwasher (Dining Services Technician II) to support the culinary team at Westminster St. Augustine, a Life Plan community in Florida. The role focuses on dishwashing, sanitation, and assisting cooks in a fast-paced dining environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ months in a high-volume dining setting; Florida SafeStaff certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• Florida SafeStaff certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 6 months+ experience in a high-volume dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen stations and surfaces, including trash removal.
• Keep temperature and sanitation logs according to standards.
• Restock shelves for meal service and inventory room.
• Assist with stocking shelves and unloading deliveries.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisor.
