Responsibilities

• Serve food attractively while ensuring proper temperatures and sanitation standards, recording all food temps.
• Safely operate and maintain food service equipment.
• Perform daily cleaning and follow sanitary guidelines.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies.
• Support kitchen operations by promptly delivering items, running supplies, and filling in for other roles as needed.
• Interact warmly with residents and families to meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Properly rotate, label, and date food products.
• Enforce infection control, safety, and disaster policies.
• Foster teamwork between departments for efficient, coordinated food delivery and service.
