Arrow Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, assist with dining service, and keep dining areas welcoming and clean. The role requires standing all shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room and foster interaction.
• Assist with meal service prep and setting tables; prepare for next meals.
• Buss tables, clear and tidy dining areas; keep environment clean and orderly.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff about residents' dietary needs and changes.
