Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server in Ballwin, MO (location: 785 Henry Avenue). The role offers a $750 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $15–$22.50, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 11:30am to 7:30pm. Join a team that values residents and a positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with dining service, and maintaining dining areas. Ideal candidates are at least 16, fluent in English, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Applicant must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to read/write English at 8th grade level or higher.
Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
Ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop all day.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and fall assistance.
Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
Prep tables, salads, and silverware to ensure smooth service.
Bus/tidy dining areas and maintain a clean community environment.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about dietary changes or absences.
