Arrow Senior Living in Saint Charles, MO is hiring a Part-Time Server for Boulevard St Charles. You will greet residents, assist with dining room service, prep meals, bus tables, and help maintain a welcoming environment during shifts from 4:00pm to 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $22.50 per hour, with eligible benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off. Join a team that values residents and promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade level.
• Have a positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Able to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking; assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster a warm environment for resident connection.
• Assist with meal service prep and table setup; prep salads and roll silverware.
• Bus tables and help keep the dining area tidy and welcoming.
• Communicate dietary observations and discuss concerns with supervisors and Wellness team.
