Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server for part-time hours. The role greets residents, provides friendly service, and supports dining operations during weekend shifts. The pay range is $18 to $21.50 per hour.

The position includes benefits and opportunities to grow within the organization. Responsibilities include assisting with seating, taking orders, delivering meals, and collaborating with the Wellness team to monitor residents' dining experiences.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect during meals.
• Assist with seating, serving, and clearing tables, and support teammate service.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness team when dietary changes are observed.
