MorningStar Senior Management LLC is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server for a senior living community in Albuquerque. The role involves full meal service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with special functions, with a pay rate of $16.00+ per hour (BOE).

Schedule features part-time, variable days and shifts with weekend work required. Candidates should be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and be prepared to follow core values in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection free environment at all times.
• Oversight of bistro areas as directed – food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc.
• Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.
• Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.
• Must serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
• As directed, participate in the Quality Assurance Committee.
• Sanitize tables and chairs, reset tables, and vacuum floor after each meal.
• Attend all trainings, orientation, and mandatory meetings.
• Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
