Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server in Albuquerque, NM to deliver warm dining experiences for residents and guests. You will work with a collaborative team to assist with casual and fine dining, serve a full range of courses, and support room service with a friendly attitude.

All applicants should be at least 15 years old, with no prior experience required. English communication skills are essential, and food handler permits may be required within two weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two (2) weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water carafes, and setting tables.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Jump in to help with support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
